One improvemnt would be the provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms!

3rd time Reviewer: Alan Cronin Date of review: 4 September 2009 Recommends this hotel: YES Recommended for: Business, Singles, Couples Room Hotel Facilities 4 Bed 5 Ambience 5 Cleanliness 5 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 4 Value for Money 4 We have stayed here 3 times - mainly due to the location - this was the first time we have stayed during the Spanish August rush and it was certainly much more family orientated than when we have been in June - there were plenty of umbrellas, sun loungers etc but a lot of small children - so being a more mature couple it suited us better to spend the days on the beach - and coming back to the pool later in the day . The staff are most courteous and helpful, the food is good value if you want to eat in and is in an excellent location to the tram stop, being only a few minutes walk away taking you straight into the centre of Alicante. The rooms are a very good size and the facilities good, unfortunately none of the rooms have balconies which would be a great plus. I would certianly recommend this hotel for a short stay but probably will stay away from August next time.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Room clean and spacious. Good facilities. Restaurant very good, both staff and food.

The staff were courteous and very helpful with cleanliness of the rooms being excellent. The whole of the hotel and surrounding area was kept to a high standard. The food was very good with the breakfast being a particularly relaxing way to start the day. The pool area was very relaxing and enjoyed by families and couples alike, with the supply of hotel towels for the sun beds being a nice touch. Wanted to use public transport and the bus stop opposite hotel convenient for getting into surrounding areas easily. Lovely beach within short walking distance of the hotel. Not a vast choice of restaurants in the area but the ones we chose to eat at each evening (by the beach) were good. Local people were very friendly, not a lot of English spoken but this fact added to the enjoyment of our holiday. Would certainly stay at this hotel again.
