Deluxe rooms are elegantly decorated with a king or twin beds, overlooking the Hotel gardens, or lagoon (assigned on arrival) some include private balcony and jacuzzi, and are approximately 25 square metres in size.
The Hotel has 27 Superior and Deluxe Junior suites with king or twin beds, overlooking the gardens, pool area or lagoon, (assigned on arrival) some with private balcony and jacuzzi, and range in size from approximately 33 to 35 square metres.

| Hotel operate free boat service to and from our private landing stage at Piazzetta San Marco (beside St Mark's Square) 24 hours a day. The night service runs from the swimming pool boat landing from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am to ensure that guests are not disturbed. If it is raining, the night service leaves from thr main entrance. |

| Motoscafo - private water taxis can be arranged for airport transfers and excursions. The journey from Marco Polo Airport (VCE) takes 30 minutes and costs approximately 80 €. A shuttle bus operates between the landing stage and the airport terminal.
Vaporetto - public boat services operate from the airport to the terminal at St Mark's Square beside the Cipriani's private landing stage.
The n° 42 public boat, leaving from the Zitelle stop behind the hotel (five minute walk) provides service at 20 minute intervals stopping at (amongst others) Piazzale Roma, and the Railway Station. In the other direction, the n° 41, San Zaccaria (nea St Mark's Square), Arsenale, Fondamente Nuove, Murano). The n° 82 public boat also leaves from te Zitelle stop at 20 minute intervals in each direction. |
