Marvellous care and service from start to finish. Lovely garden room. All bathroom products of the very best quality.

The concierge forgot to get back to us about reservations. The service in both restaurants was slow. So slow we had to ask several times for the bill after telling the waiters we were tired. We were seated under a fan that dripped water on us and had to be moved twice.(We were wearing very good clothing and didn't want water marks on them. There was no turndown service or bullitens left in the room the first night. The room was not cleaned until late in the day.The room seemed tired. There was a broken mirror on TV stand which had been duct taped. Flowers didn't seem fresh. Alot of money for less than perfect service. Controls for lights and phone systems seem outdated
