Friendly and helpful staff. It has a very good restaurant too. Located centrally - most attractions in brussels is walkable from here.

The breakfast was excellent asnd the breakfast room very pleasant. the room smelt a bit by cigarette-smoking and I am non-smoker

If you want the halls and corridors immaculate walk on by. No view, just a courtyard, but I left in the dark and returned in the dark, so no problem.
