The facilities in the hotel were very good and the restaurant excellent though I do think the menu could be changed more frequently. Both menus were the same for the whole week. Staff were excellent friendly and very helpful. We shall certainly stay again when we go to Birmingham. Two very satisfied customer.

Understandable there were alot of safety features associated with this room (i.e. panic buttons, pull cord in the bathroom etc.)again this was not explained to us and I set off some alarm connected to reception. It was only at this stage when reception rang to see if everything was OK, that I was told we were given that room because it was the only non-smoking room left. Even though we had a lovely stay at the hotel we did feel a bit wary about touching anthing in the room for the rest of our stay. If we were given the option of a regular somking room we would have taken it however we were not given this option.

I have stayed many times in Birmingham. I now will stay in City Hotel .Excellent facilities, Great Staff . Good Food . Great Rooms Excellent room, very comfortable. Unfortunately time did not allow me to get all benefits from facilities in room .

The room was lovely and clean. We had a very pleasent stay at the hotel.
