I have only the best comment for your Hotel, very polite and friendly stuff with good informations for passengers who are the first time in Dublin. All the things with room are how i was read with my booking information without any unpleasant surprise.Especially the good idea is the coffee/tea machine in the room.Clean and comfortably room in the peaceful area of Dublin.Everything was to my expectations and with my wife we share good memoriies to our eleven days in your Hotel. Best regards and best wishes Milovan & Ruzica Martic
Hotel Ibis West Dublin
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful upon arrival, and quick & effecient when i had a couple of small problems with the room. The room was large and well equipped with a comfortable double bed, and i liked the large double shower in the bathroom, which was nicely done. I enjoyed the breakfast for 9EURO which had a good choice, especially as it was an all you could eat buffet. There is also free car parking with CCTV, and the hotel is one of very few in the city that would allow my pet to stay at 10EURO a night extra. It only took me 15 minutes to drive into the city on a weekend - though the LUAS tram is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the Ibis for weekdays, when driving/parking is not recomended in the centre of Dublin. I would stay there again.

The Hotel is only let down by the current M40 road works, but don't let that put you off for the future.

Nice food, clean room, a bit remote from the center
Hotel was convieniently located but difficult to access owing to roadworks.Reception staff friendly and efficient.Restaurant clean, food adequate but service on the slow side.
Great disappointment that bar shut down at midnight on Saturday night.Unable to get a drink when we returned to hotel after attending function. Surprise that no night service was available for residents.
There was not a goog sign to the hotel. may e because of the working at this road.

The hotel is fine if one wants no more than a clean bed in a suitable situation,it is extremely well placed for those of us who do not wish to drive through the city . I will continue to use the hotel but PLEASE do not be so mean with teh tea and coffee in the room Room booked for 3 persons, only 2cups/2 glasses/2 towel sets provided. 2 tea bags, 1 coffee sachet and 2 milk is not sufficient even for 2 persons. Difficulty in getting extra tea/coffee scahets as staff on duty did not understand request (or pretended not to) so we couldnt get any. an extra cup was provided eventually.
