The location is good being so close to the bus and rail stations and an easy walk to the centre of Toulouse. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I didn't take it. My room was comfortable though quite dark as the outlook from the window was at a wall and it would have been good to have had tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were courteous.

Immediately outside the drop-off point for the Airport Bus and by the station for the next mornings travel to Bordeaux. i arrived late but the receptionist/barman was outstanding - friendly and helpful. I will stay again without doubt

Take a train to Carcassonne, the SNCF station is just on the other side of the road. Or take a bus to St Girons in the Ariège and walk in the sun on the foothills of the Pyrenees. The bus station (gare routière) is three minutes away. There was a fire alert on the morning of the 15th. I was really impressed with the staff who were helpful and kind to all who appeared in the lobby, clad in a variety of night clothes! *************************** Comme elle est belle, Toulouse, quand il y a le temps de se promener le nez en l’air pour voir ses tours et que la Garonne vous engage de toute son énergie dans son tempérament latin ! et la profusion de beauté naturelle de l’Ariège ! Vous vous imaginez la chance de se promener au grand soleil, aux pieds des Pyrénées tandis que leurs sommets sont enneigés ? L’enchantement.

I did not book a night since that would be of little use. So I waited in the hall / lounge for a taxi till 03.30 Daytime staff was very helpfull and would prevent the night shift of the arrangement. The nigthwatch was correct (he ordered a taxi) but not friendly at all. I was watching a bit of TV (at about 01.30, alone in the lounge) and he just came in, took the remote control and put the TV out, saying that it was not allowed to watch ... For the rest he was quite grumpy. I did not feel welcome at all. I had spend twice a night at the hotel during the past two weeks and would have expected somewhat more conviviality
