Location was a bit far for me as I walked from the train station but if you are taking a taxi, there should be no problem. Staff was courteous even though they were inundated by the numbers of the people checking in or asking questions. Breakfast was good and you could eat as much as you wanted. I had a good and relaxing stay and definitely good value for the money.

The staff were very courteous and helpful and the hotel is situated only ten minutes walk from Glasgow Central/Queen Street stations. The food was very good, especially the buffet breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Comparatively speaking, we found good value while staying with IBIS. The room was promptly cleaned and maintained in an excellent manner. The amenities were good and internet connections in working order.

While I am an American and my wife Japanese and residing in Okinawa, we discovered that all prices for lodging facilities in the UK were uncommonly high whether compared to the yen or the USD. That said, we found that IBIS offered good value for the IBIS hotels we stayed at in Glosgow, Liverpool, and London (Euston Station). We would highly recommend that vacationers visiting the UK choose IBIS for their accommodations.

The hotel is efficient and the staff friendly.

We took this room based on cost and the fact that it was a chain. We paid the premium "event rate" .
I must say that the staff were exceptional, very helpful!The breakfast was quite nice for the price.
The room had a platform bed- a large double by european standards and a cubby hole twin. A folding chair was in the closet which was a small modular unit with a few shelves and hanging space for a few items. The bathroom was a modular Pod type unit, shower only. While the room was relatively clean, the towels, sheets, blankets were very worn and unpleasant to use. The bathroom, while adequate for basic needs was odd and tiny.
I think for a one night business use, it would be ok. For vacationers- by US standards think Motel 6.
