Walking distance to restaurants, shops. The hotell staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The motto seem to be: noting is impossible and we are here to help out. The breakfast is not like in the big more expensive hotels but still very good. I think the hotel is perfect for anyone who would like to spend some quality time in Hamburg and would like to stay in a central place and do not wish to spend a fortune doing so. Great value for money I think

It is close to the ubahn etc. too. I would go there again

Good evening meal and very good choice for buffet breakfast. Hotel obviously very busy but I felt it never felt overcrowded and there were always enough staff to cope and make you feel welcome. Thank you. Very comfortable, clean and quiet.
