The single bed had been made up which meant there was no working desk space The wireless internet could not be received in the room 109 The room service menu should be renamed the room service pizza as that all it offered. Breakfast had no orange or apple juice available at the buffet. There was no pay per view TV Good Point, Evening Meal was really good
