Room was small but adequate. Drinks ,tea,coffee facilities would have improved the room. Hotel location is approx 20 mins walk from town centre but bus and tram stops are approx 5 mins from hotel.Ibis dinner menu was adequate it does offer a low cost alternative to up down eating. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, however, one of the dinning room managers was a little aggresive in manner, but he was the only one.I will be using Ibis again, I know what to expect, namely good value for money.

The level of service was excellent and the location is xetremely convenient both for a leisure and business traveller. The proximity to the rail station and the satobus are real advantages.
