When I checked out after the first night, I asked if I could leave my suitcase overnight as I would be returning and having the next night there. The answer was no. Unfortunately I will remember that next time I am staying in Manchester and will go somewhere else.

Plenty of amenities and the location was good once I'd found the car park! One suggestion - just get the staff to smile - surely it's not that bad working there is it? :) Although the check-in guy was very friendly, the morning staff all looked grumpy. The guy sitting at the checkout desk who was working on the PC when I checked out might have at least said he wasn't actually on duty rather than let me queue. Eye contact and a friendly smile goes a long way to making a place feel welcome.

Location excellent being next door to Chinatown with excellent restaurant choices. Breakfast good and fresh. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good place to stay in my opinion.
