The McDonald next door helps to cut down the costs of breakfast as we were not prepared to pay for 9.50 Eu per person of breakfast at the hotel. The internet excess was easy. Perhaps it would be ideal to have two computers, instead of one. The toilet design is modern but compact; not much space for toiletries. Overall, the receptionists were attentive. On my first evening of sightseeing, I had one plastic envelope of travelling plans accidentally left in a souvenir shop near St. Peter's. On the next day, the shop owner was kind to leave a message at the hotel for me. The receptionist who got the call was also very kind and kept on calling my room to reach me. In any case, I was out sight seeing on the second day since 9:30am, but had returned to the shop to pick up my belongings before returning to the hotel and got the message from the worried receptionist. Very grateful to the kind and honest people in Salzburg! Danke!

Not a pretty place but close enough to get to the center and far enough to get a good night sleep.
