I was dissappointed that I had to draw the staff's notice to the fact that the air cooling system was blowing hot air into the room on a very hot night! It was however corrected immediately, as was the squeekey door to the bathroom. I would have liked a cooked breakfast, and definately some marmalade to go with the toast! All in all, the IBIS gives good value .

However telephone receptionist took cancellation details and minimum booking fee taken as I called too late for full refund.
