They were happy to try and help us find local attractions and restaurants and provided personal recommendations and a map. The general ambience was chilled and friendly. Value for money I don't think this place can be beaten!!! The room was a decent size but not ostentatious, clean, neat and comfortable basically. If you're looking for somewhere as a base for a night or two it's absolutely perfect. No hassle, no frills just comfortable.
