As a Hotel Manager I probably look at it from that point of view. It is definitely 4 star and should be more. Staff, especially Antonio on Reception who greeted us on arrival and looked after us on our stay, were very helpful. Breakfast is great, lots of variety and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Great entertainment also nightly in the hotel and all you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We will definitely be back and are looking at dates at the moment.
