A residence. not a hotel!! Its a basic type of hotel. Although I dont feel it can be discribed as a hotel. The fact that food is not available in the evening isnt great although the breakfast is very good. I wouldn't take my wife their for a romantic weekend although I would take her for the situation as far as shopping is concerned.

Our Ryan air flight was cancelled and we were unable to cancel first night of hotel reservation as it was over 24 hrs notice. However the hotel manager did reduced the hotel rate. We used the tram to get into Dublin City centre approx 15mins.

From the outside it looks cold and drab. It is suited in my mind to the business person or for business groups with conference facilities. However the bedroom is very acceptable and comfortabe with all anyone would need for an overnight stay. the price is good and therefore if a family were looking for somewhere within a budget price they would get good value for their money. The breakfast although againn served in a quite clinical surrundings is very good and of top quality. This is definitely not the place for a romantic weekend but then again if you want to shop then it would be very well placed with one of the biggest shopping centres within walking distance in Dublin.

Hotel was very comfortable and in walking distance of the LUAS.

I would recommed this place great value for the money

It takes 20 mins from Luas station to Dublin city center. It will be a bit more time consuming for tourists. excellent!
