I can't understand that in reception there is nothing to do and the guests have to bring the suitcases by themselves from the luggage room. For me this is no service.

Shame about the location. No air-con. It was very hot & stuffy but being located next to the station it was very noisy when the window was open. I would not stay here again due to the noise. otherwise hotel was fine, staff helpful etc.
