The staff were very friendly and they all spoke excellent English. Great value and perfect location, it is co-located with the Hauptbanhof but quiet, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it.

We were traveling France and Germany on a rail pass and it was just as convenient as could be. Having the trains just across the lobby was a real plus. The access to the trains was superb and having so much shopping just across the street proved to be excellent. The choices of eating inside and outside the station was more than we expected. In all we sure chose the right hotel.

I checked the 'view bill option' and it indicated that no charge had been made, however on departure we were presented with a bill for 13.50 Euro. I think this was unfair. There should be some better system to let guests know they are being charged for this service particularly when we were only surfing the channels. Regards Lack of Airconditioning makes the room very hot given that opening windows is really not an option with traffic noise at night time.

It might be helpul to give detailed info on how to get to the hotel having got off the S train. Good size. Useful shelf for cases.

Refurbishing in many places is essential. Travel tickets on public transport was a definite plus and much appreciated. Air conditioning would have been appreciated. Fan was inadequate for weather conditions. Also tea/coffee making facilities would have been useful.
