There was a room filled with historical documents and pictures of the hotel which was very interesting. Excellent dining room and service, food was good. The hotel was a wonderful Italian experience and I would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Lugano. It is in a perfect location, close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the shopping area, good view of the lake. Enjoy your stay!

Staff were all fine and dining room service in particular excellent. Decent size room and very clean. Would recommend without hesitation

As I know Lugano very much, the hotel is located in the very nice close-to-everything place, in the centre of the town, on the commercial street with very nice famous shops of well-known brands, and on the other hand in front of the lake. Near the hotel there is a stop of the shuttle-bus to the airport Milan-Malpensa- The stuff was very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and nice served by the stuff. Thank you for nice staying in the International Hotel au Lac Lugano.
