We were put in a dark attic room with ancient mismatched furnishings, questionable cleanliness and almost non-existent AC (which was turned off overnight). The hotel staff were unhelpful, we had to pay extra for parking and breakfast was frankly unpleasant. This hotel was truly an awful place to stay. The only positive is that is in relatively close to the centre of Verona (~15mins walk).

The Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was marked as available until 10.00 tea & coffee making facilities would have been better although they were available via reception.

Buffet breakfast good. Air-con pre set. Would have been nice to be able to turn it down to one's own needs.
