At the first set of traffic lights you continue straight on into the Rijnstraat. After approximately 800 meters the Rijnstraat becomes the Van Woustraat. At the second big crossroads you take a left turn towards the Stadhouderskade. At the traffic lights (on your left hand you will see the Heineken brewery) you take a right turn. At the roundabout you continue straight on. You are now on the Vijzelgracht. At the and of this street the Jolly Hotel Carlton is situated on your left hand side.
