I HAD A GREAT TIME STAYING THERE AND WOULD GO BACK TO USE THE FACILITIES AGAIN.

SOME OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE NOT FROM AN ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY (AS MYSELF).BESIDES THAT I LIKE IT VERY MUCH AND I'M SURE I'LL COME BACK QUITE SOON.

It was very cold in the room. The thermostat did not seem to be working. We had to ask for a supplementary heaters. They brought 2 of them. We were offered another room on the second evening, but we were already well established in our room by then and decided not to take up that offer.However, switching on and off the heaters manually was not very convenient.

Staffing inadequate and lacking training. The 1 breakfast eaten in the hotel was cold apart from the tea. No biscuits; limited supply of tea/coffee/milk

Rooms were very spacious with all the ameneties we could ask for including air conditioning which was fantastic!!
