Staff were a pleasant and the hotel rooms, while a little old fashioed, were very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is located about 6-7 minutes walk from the main shopping area and the Christmas markets if you travel at that time of year...and about a 3 minute stroll to the main train/bus station - suited us PERFECTLY! Although there is a street nearby with the "peep-shows" - We (4 girls) felt safe and sound and didn't find it at all sleazy! The only negative thing iI can say is - we would have loved to have had tea/coffee in the rooms and there wasn't any... perhaps we have just become spoilt! We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Would I go back to this hotel should I ever return to Frankfurt ? - absolutely... it ticks all the boxes!

That's not uncommon near a major railway station, and it wasn't a problem for me. Convenience of location far outweighed any disadvantage on that score. Hotel had particularly good aircon in the hotel lobby and room - with temperature outside around 35C that was appreciated. Overall it was a good value stay.

THE HOTEL IS AT WALKING DISTANCE FROM FRANKFURT'S MAIN SHOPPING AREA AND THE OLD CITY. WITH A TRAIN PASS ONE CAN TRAVEL FROM THE CENTRAL STATION TO ANYWHERE IN FRANKFURT AND SURROUNDING AREAS OF INTEREST. REAL GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!!! A.SILVA - BRAZIL
