The room was very small - and we would have liked a kettle in the room for hot drinks. There was no variation with the breakfast menu - however the hotel was very clean and we would use it again.

I was very grateful that I could find accommodations, but the hotel was a bit lacking. The people were wonderful, but the room was a little tattered and I am accustomed to better appointed hotels in the 3 star category. One other small problem is that it is situated in an area that is not really accessible if you have a car (but that's Vienna!). The best aspect is that the location is good and it does put you within walking distance of the main areas in Vienna. If you are on a budget, I highly recommend it because you'll be willing to forego many of the extras you might find if you paid an additional third of the cost. Let me be clear--aside from a little un-freshness of paint--this hotel is very suitable if you are more interested in seeing this wonderful city than sitting around a hotel all day!

I found breakfast area and facilities a bit difficult to cope with. I found that the people at the desk could not have been more helpful spoke very good english. We did not expect a five start hotel and what we got was more than we had expected. I would certainly recommend it to friends. My comments are not criticisms they are purely meant to be helpful and if we ever return to Vienna which I would like to we would certainly be more than happy to stay there again. Clean quiet and comfortable. I found the soap in the bath difficult to cope with and the television a bit small.

The staff were really so very helpful. The room was clean but a very dull in decor. The curtains seemed dirty and the TV was small & had only 1 channel in Eng - CNN

But when things were finished, nobody brought any more... Bit disorganised....If you came around 9.30am not much was left. The room was lovely!!!!

We would have liked to stay longer. The room was suitable enough as we did not spend much time there - too busy seeing the sights! It was clean & comfortable.
