The staff in the hotel were helpful and polite. My only suggestions would be to provide airconditioning in the rooms. European cities are getting hotter, 2 degrees centigrade in the last 2 decades and it was 35 degrees when we arrived. Although I know it would be very difficult to aircondition such a traditional building. Also an in room wet bar and safe would also have been convenient. The bar would pay for itself in a very short time. Even though my parents and family come from Belgium and Germany, both my German and Dutch have become quite weak. Cable TV access to a few English channels would be very appreciated by your international guests. I heard several mention this at breakfast.

I would suggest to install a water protection - covering to the bath. Because all the bathroom gets wet in every shower.
