My stay in this hotel was mixed.
the hotel is undergoing maintenance and my room had its windows 'sellotaped' shut with a layer of translucent film, outside of which was scaffolding covered in fabric. it was windy and the fabric made a
... really loud cracking/flapping noise.
smoking - all the communial areas on the hotel were very smokey, including the corridor outside my room. i had requested a non-smoking room but it smelt very strongly of smoke and i was not able to open the window to get fresh air as it was tapped shut, see above.
but, the breakfast was fantastic, especially the smoked fish.
wireless internet was availalbe at a price.
