The staff are very professional and helpful. The airline lost our luggage and the staff behind the desk worked the phones for us to track our luggage and rush it to the hotel that evening. They took the time to locate my husabnd and I in the hotel (bar) to let us know that it was located and they would bring it to our room. Every possible amenity was at our fingertips. They staff at the bar/lounge were very personable and filled with insights into the city of Munich. The waitstaff in the dining room catered to our every need. I could not make breakfast one morning because I was packing to leave, and the gentleman in the dining room insisted that he deliver a cup of coffee to me. I would recommend this hotel to the most descriminating travelers. There need to be more hotels like this one. Enjoy! Renee from Illinois U.S.A

The spa is nicely furnished, but the fitness facilities are skimpy, clearly not for travelers who intend to stay for more than one or two nights and are serious about their fitness. In a city full of expensive (by North American standards)hotels, The Koenigshof is one of the few distinctively luxurious ones. It is not, however, a bargain.
