The remote control for TV was our of operation.

Will not stay at this hotel again Room much too hot, no air conditioning or even a fan. Very noisy and the outside lighting stayed on all night which made it difficult to sleep

The duty manager would not allow my family to use the Restaurant.

Our main disappointment was being woken by other guests at 5.45 in the morning, banging on doors and shouting. The boys were from a cycling group. When I phoned reception, there seemed to be nobody who could understand (or wanted to understand) what I was saying. In the morning another guest translated the problem and added that they too had been disturbed. The receptionist did not even apologise!!! Not a very good adverts for a quiet night's sleep!!!
