I was impressed by the size of the room and the facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The access to Madrid is excellent. My only gripe is with the cost of the wireless connection which is exorbitant and cannot be justified in this day and age. I would strongly recommend this hotel and if an opportunity presents itself, this would be my hotel of choice.
