It's very efficient and takes you right to the centre of Lugano in just 15 mins. The hotel is super, very clean and has vast parking space which was important to us. The food was very good especially the breakfast. Large variety of foods and very fresh. The staff were all very polite and very helpful. I wish we stayed longer, but I'm sure we will return again soon. We recommend this hotel to all our friends.
