Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of action. Had been looking forward to it as had used it several times on my last visit. It would be good if a small fridge could be provided although there was an ice bucket and ice could be obtained in the bar. However, I thorougly enjoyed my stay and hope to return again soon

The excellent and plentiful breakfast spoilt slightly by the unhygenic pigeons on the table. From here it goes down hill, the lacklustre welcome by the receptionist trying to do two things at once and failing to tell us of any of the hotel facilities. I believe that there was a jaccuzi and sauna available but no mention of these was made or of the times of breakfast and checkout. Despite the advert on Holiday city there was no restraunt available accept for breakfast and on the three occasions that I went to the bar it was unmanned.Our small room was dark, with the smallest window of any lodging, including the Seamans Mission Hong Kong 1956, that I have ever been in. By dint of opening the wardrobe door, and using its internal light to supplement the rooms other lighting ,it was just possible to sit on the one chair and read a book. According to the website we had booked a suite with bath for 2 people, we were told that no rooms had baths and that it was simply a matter of translation, neither was the suite a suite,but quite a small room with one tiny high up window.The hotel had no parking facilities of its own , one took pot luck on parking on the streets. At 122 euros ,per night ,for the two of us, the lack of facilitiesand the indifferenceof the staff ,I cannot reccomend staying in room 107 of the Quinta Roja Hotel Tenerife
