Hotel Laimer Hof was built in 1886 and is one of the traditional heritage buildings in the Nymphenburg district. In 1937, the villa was adapted for hotel rooms.

In May 2003 the young 'hotel family' Alexandra and Sebastian Rosch took over the neo renaissance villa which is under monumental protection. After substantial renovations and modernisations (summer 2003) a fresh feel dominates the villa.
