I found it difficult to locate the hotel, signage was poor. Truely great location, right in the centre of town Needs soundproofing we could hear our neighbours talking from next room, thankfully the neighbours went to sleep early. We struggled with our suitcases up the hotel steps, no ramp. that's a problem. Hotel is not great for couples because the double bed is in fact two single beds side by side. Nice dining room & good pricing. Perfect for business people. I was a little dissapointed with the food in that area, cater to tourists & it's all a bit tired. Tried a tapas bar close by & it was the worst I have ever had anywhere. Go a bit outside the tourist areas to find good food.

Adjacent to the best shopping and eating areas we could not have asked for a better location. However, finding it by car nearly caused a divorce. We did not receive information that it was down a very narrow streeet, with a no-entry sign posted at the end, nor that the entrance was in a pedestrin walkway. Third time around Malagain the car I eventually decided to break all the traffic rules and drive to the door. In the end it was no problem, taxi drivers were doing it all the time, but why didn't it say so in the hotel description. Also I was taken by the description of the terrace bar where you could sit and have an evening drink overlooking the view of the Cathedral. Well you could if the terrace bar was open, it was firmly shut for the three days we were there. Despite this the staFf were very pleaseant and obliging, breakfasts were excellent, English language newspapers provided in abundance, and the Room Mate services were of high quality. Excellent and enjoyable stay well reccomended.

Close to all city attractions and also some very good cafe's (Central) and coffee shops close by Very good but bathroom floor had not been cleaned

You should let customers know beforehand how it cannot be approached by car. No window, except one looking at a dark wall. It was, however, quiet, as wew had requested.
