A very nice room with lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon.

The hotel staff was helpful. I am surprised that a four star hotel does not have better cleaning. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed once in the four nights I stayed in the room and I suspect that it had not been vacuumed just before I arrived either (I did not complain though). Furthermore, the carpet was sliding on the extremely slippery floor, so I almost slipped twice. The toilet had yellow stains on it (only a few places just above the floor, but still...).
