Centrally located, close to shops, restaraunts, the sights and the light rail system. And when you need it, the staff are very friendly, helpful and speak English.

You might consider providing directions to it. A guest needs to park first, then walk to the hotel. Hotel parking is hard to get to as well, so nearby parking is better. Very nice quality. We would definitely stay there again.
