Reviewer: elizabeth mead Date of review: 19 December 2006 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 5 Bed 5 Ambience 5 Cleanliness 5 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 5 Value for Money 5 Although our reservation for our first night was overbooked & we were moved to another hotel within the city, our stay for our second night was excellant. The receptionists weren't too bright & weren't very sympathetic that we'd flown into the city & by 7pm we just wanted our room ! We stood our ground though & the night we stayed was complimentary (+ the parking) so it was worth complaining ..... but we will go back again. Next time I'll re-confirm my reservation before I leave home ! Our suite was fantastic ! 2 Plasma screen TV's & a football table, my boyfriends dream room !!
