Steps away from the Rialto Bridge and many restaurants, shopping. The concierge(s) were very short with us, and seemed put upon when asked for help. Scolded us for not inquiring about their "Mauro Glass tour". Never told us of this up front. Rude & never smiled! Any of the three we saw!!! Air conditioning was well appreciated. Not much of a view (building wall).

Noted above some comment about three persons, there were two persons in our party.

The small carpets on the floor adds to the old-world atmosphere but we almost tripped over several times at night.
