The staff were curtious and helful especially the waiter in the executive lounge who spent time giving us the information we need on places to visit ant eat etc. The location was perfect for our needs and was close to areas of interest. The reception desk was very helpful in booking tours, airport transport etc. While we received value for money particularly with access to the amenities in the executive lounge, it would have been of benefit to include taxes etc in the total amount when booking. We would visit this hotel again.

The location is perfect, and within a short walk of the Vaci Utca, what more could a woman want! Room was excellent as always.
