Food was excellent. The biggest problem was the cigarette smoke that pervaded the corridors and some of the hotel amenities. Our floor permitted smoking and had an unpleasant odour all the time. Good location for the tourist sights. I would return if a non smoking atmosphere could be guaranteed.

We liked the room and the pool fascilities (even though it was a pity that they cleaned the bubble pool in the morning). What we didn't liked was the mini bar, it has a system attached to it that actually bills your hotel note at the same moment someone (e.g. the kids) takes out a bottle, just to look at it...

The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. The lobby area is lively and the garden cafe a relaxing place to sit in the afternoon and enjoy a coffee. I was disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities provided in the room and no english speaking entertainment channel on the tv, continual news gets a bit boring. (We have often stayed in the Intercontinental which does meet these needs) We were also a bit disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the room rate. The biggest turnoff for us was the fact that smoking was allowed in the health club area. The smell was so strong that we did not use it.

One of the best hotel in Europe for business and leasure travelers.

We loved the executive room with breakfast and afternoon snacks. We were slightly annoyed that so many kids were there. One of them was even riding a scooter up and down the hall way all night. It was obnoxius but the hotel staff did address it and everything was fine.

I almost couldn't sleep during the night.

Friendly service and excellent facilities. A lovely family room with extremely comfortable beds.
