This hotel was brilliant!

1) when we arrived we were placed in a smoking room (we are non smokers).
2) The breakfast staff on morning of 20/10/07 were not very good, it took half an hour, and after 3 requests for coffee and tea, of which in the end a girl gave me my coffee ...
