Staff at reception very welcoming and efficient and were able to recommend restaurants in the area. Car parking rather awkward. Breakfast adequate. Bar facilities and ambience poor. Hotel excellent for exploring other parts of the city.

Maybe you can pay more attention for allocating rooms for guests and try to provide more convenient room arrangement.
