Noise from the road was penetrating through one of the windows

We did have a great time with all the staff of Maxim's Verona...

Had to go to Verona Centro Cita'. Why no satellite TV in the bar for the World Cup match? Friendly staff especially the barman. Used condom found inder bed. Would have been useful to have an iron as we were attending a wedding and my shirt had crumpled slightly during my journey to Italy. In Ireland it is usual to have coffee/tea-making facilities in rooms, but I suppose things are different in Italy.
