Told they would be in our room when we returned at midnight. They weren't. Had to fight with the clerk to get an additional pillow. He said he couldn't find any more. We asked for a discount and he said he couldn't do that either. Room was extremely hot and because it faced the adjoining building and no breeze could come in. Furthermore there was a porch in front of our window that people walked on to get to their room so we couldn't open the window because someone could have climbed into our room. The breakfast was excellent however, and the service in the dining room was great.

We just LOVED it ! I would heartily recommend it to anyone and when I return to Munich I will definitely stay there again. We were very impressive with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom in particular. The floor tiles absolutely sparkled.

The television was all in German, would have been nice to have something in English.
