It is very much central, we drove there and used a tom tom, it was easy to find and car parking next dooe which cost us 18 euro for 24 hours. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. We went there for 1 night to celebrate my partners birthday. I did not tell the hotel this but when they checked our passports the head of reception wished him a 'happy birthday' and after our visit to Alambra Palace we returned to the hotel to find a bottle of sparkling wine in the room - compliments of the hotel! The rooms had everything you would need, a mini bar, air con, good bathroom and large bed. An excellent stay - well derserving of its 4 stars.

It was a good location, central and walking distance to Alhambra or the bus if you don't want to walk up the hill. Reception staff were helpful on check in and were happy to give directions in english. However our whole experience was ruined on checking out, where I encountered the rudest staff member I have ever come across. And this was just to hand over keys and pay a bill! Still not sure what his problem was, but to be fair, other staff at other times were OK so this may not be representative of all staff!? I hope not...

Hotel staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and found the room vey pleasing. We did find room service breakfast (at 16 euros) quite expensive for what it was, however.
