The staff were very courteous. Compared with other hotels of the same price we found Hotel Melia an excellent value.

Good restaurant on the side of the hotel. Staff seemed helpful. Everything 'worked'. Slightly impersonal feel, with no particularly 'special' ambience, but I would definitely go back based on convenience

Our last minute booking was very good value for money considering the hotel's central location within the city. The staff were pleasant and efficient and the rooms were of a very good standard, although they were a little on the small side. The breakfast, not included in the room price , was satisfactory but could have offered a wider range of cereals and hot dishes. The kids loved staying there and we would definitely recommend the hotel for a short stay.

Not enough clothes hangers and height of main rails in wardrobe too low to hang clothes without creasing.
