Be careful with respect to the airport shuttle however. We had made reservations to ride the shuttle the night before. While on line to check out a man who had not reserved a spot on the shuttle asked if there was space on the next shuttle and he was assured that there was. When the next shuttle arrived we all learned that there were more passengers than there was room on the shuttle. The Mercure hotel requires that reservations for the shuttle be made the evening before. Thus, this is something which should not happen and can cause passengers to be late. The staff did not seem to care in the least about the mixup that they themselves caused and one of our party had to take a taxi to the airport at their own expense. A hotel of this standard can and should do better.

Great staff. Easy parking. A little tough to find coming from the airport, but hotel had given Hertz directions to distribute to rental car customers who asked for it.

It would be excusable if the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport. I also ordered room service and found the food (pike-perch fillet) was exceptionally bland and tasteless. Also no salt and pepper provided on the tray for seasoning.
