A gem of a hotel
This is a lovely hotel. i originally chose it because it was in a side street, so hopefully quiet for a good sleep, and in a good location for seeing the city. i came with my fiance, who could only stay two days, and my colleage came to stay a day
... later. my colleague and i then had to change hotels for a conference. we wished we could have stayed at the castor all the time we were there. it was in a great position and we all found the rooms comfortable and the breakfast good. it is close to the stations and within walking distance of the brandeburg gate. we know -- we walked as far as checkpoint charlie. the staff were superb and the bar and reception great places to eat and enjoy a drink.
we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the hotel. thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
