Good value for money
The location of the hotel is excellent - walking distance to queen street train station and to buchanan bus station. The tourist information office is also very near, in george square, 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
staff of the hotel were courteous
... and always very helpful. Our hotel room was clean although a bit too small. The window opened only a few inches so it could get hot and stuffy during the night.
however considering everything we were satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to couples and singles visiting glasgow.
