This area has lots of sex shops and strip clubs. We have sometimes seen people urinating on the side walk. Interestingly the Lonely planet guide on Belgium and Luxembourg also advises to avoid this area. I wish I had read this earlier.

Toalet is the small, pisoar is under the lavatory. It is not easy to use it.
